I launched my career with a desire to help businesses thrive—and that desire still fuels me today.

I’ve spent several decades leading teams in a wide variety of roles and businesses, from software solutions to services like training, consulting, and support.

After starting out in software development, I quickly transitioned into product management, where I learned to fine-tune product and marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. 

Since my career has afforded me the opportunity to apply marketing and sales strategies in so many different contexts, I’ve developed a talent for quickly identifying weak spots and developing creative solutions.

In my most recent role at Foundant Technologies, a software company that provides cloud-based solutions for grant professionals, I developed many partnerships and collaborations with businesses that support nonprofits, from tech to training to funding. These are the unsung heroes who help make nonprofits' missions possible.

I founded Willow Peak Consulting in 2024 to continue serving this worthy community!

  • Although I pronounce the city I currently live in (Boise, Idaho) the way a local does (Boy-see, not Boy-zee, as Google instructs), I still consider myself a Montanan!

  • I was adopted as an infant and have grown up trying everything just in case it was supposed to be a talent I inherited.

  • I get as fired up about marketing as I do on the dance floor.

  • I find it very satisfying and give myself points if I can incorporate “willy-nilly” or “shenanigans” into a presentation. 

  • I’m a connoisseur of fine pranks and practical jokes that result in much laughter (and zero harm). 

  • Favorite combo-hobby: Assembling jigsaw puzzles while eating tasty desserts and listening to podcasts.
